Delivery Information

Is there a minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order amount. You are welcome to order any quantity or amount.

How much is Singapore local delivery?

Free delivery is available for orders of SGD 50 and above.

For orders below SGD 50, a SGD 5 delivery fee applies.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your parcel has been picked up from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number from our third party courier service so that you can follow the delivery status of your order. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. 

How do I place an order for international delivery?

1. Add your books to Cart.
2. Proceed to Checkout.
   Under Delivery Details, select your country from the dropdown list of available countries.
3. Enter your Country, State and Postcode.
   All three fields must be completed before the international shipping option can be calculated.
4. Select your Delivery Method.
   Once your Country, State and Postcode have been entered, the Delivery Method will refresh automatically to show Aramex International Express Shipping, together with the applicable shipping cost in Singapore Dollars.
5. Complete your delivery address.
   Please enter your full address and telephone number. Ensure that all details are correct, especially your postcode and unit number, where applicable.
6. Review and check out your order.
7. Proceed with payment via Visa/Mastercard.

How long will international delivery take?

We will dispatch your order within 3-4 working days.

Once your parcel has been picked up by Aramex, international delivery generally takes approximately 5 to 10 working days, depending on the destination.

You will receive an email with your tracking details once your parcel has been collected by Aramex.

Which countries are available for international delivery?

International delivery is currently available to selected countries only as part of our initial soft launch.

We currently deliver to:

Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States.

Special note for Hong Kong SAR addresses

For Hong Kong SAR delivery addresses:

• Under City, please enter your district or area, for example, Kwun Tong.
• Under State/Region, please select the relevant region, such as Kowloon, Hong Kong Island or New Territories.
• As Hong Kong does not use postal codes, please enter 000000 in the Postcode field to proceed with checkout.
• Please enter the rest of your address in full, including the street, building name and unit number.
